して気密に導入し、両電極棒の各内端部に対をな
して接離自在の電極を固設してなる真空インタラ
プタにおいて、前記ベローズの一端をリング状の
補助部材と径方向に重合わせて溶接接合し、ベロ
ーズの他端を可動電極棒に接合するとともに、前
記可動側の金属端板の内面に前記補助部材を溶接
