- 熱抵抗特性を過渡熱抵抗測定方式により測定す
る熱抵抗測定器において、被測定試料の電圧降下
を測定する検出回路部に定電流ダイオードを用い
て検出する機能を設けたことを特徴とする熱抵抗
測定器。
