Claims (1)
に配された複数の陽極ベインと、該ベインの外端
部が固着された陽極円筒と、一端が上記ベインの
1つに接続されたアンテナ導体と、上記陽極円筒
に接続されて上記アンテナ導体の周囲に気密空間
を形成する筒体とを有し、上記アンテナ導体を通
して所定範囲の周波数のマイクロ波を出力するマ
グネトロンにおいて、上記所定範囲の周波数の上
限及び下限周波数を共振周波数とする第1及び第
2の誘電体共振器が上記アンテナ導体に装着され
ており、これら誘電体共振器は、これの上記アン
テナ導体の延在方向と平行な表面を金属膜にて被
覆されていることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 (2) 上記所定範囲の周波数の上限及び下限周波
数は、夫々2500MHZ及び2400MHZで
