状永久磁石が嵌合されてなるマグネトロンにおい
て、 上記筒状金属容器の外周面に上記環状永久磁石
の内周面に局部的に接する3個以上の小突起が設
けられてなることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 (2) 上記筒状金属容器は上記磁極材料よりも低
熱伝導率にして弱磁性金属又は非磁性金属からな
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のマグネト
ロン。 (3) 上記陽極円筒の一部に上記磁極材料よりも
低熱伝導率にして弱磁性金属又は非磁性金属から
なる高熱抵抗部材を介在してなる実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載のマグネトロン。 (4) 上記陽極円筒と上記磁極とは分離され、該
磁極は上記筒状金属容器の一部に接合され、陽極
円筒と磁極との間に筒状金属容器の延長部が位置
して高熱抵抗部を構成している実用新案登録請求
