ム状弾性体の緩衝シール環がワツシヤと共に固定
筒に挿通されており、この緩衝シール環は、中心
孔がワツシヤの中心孔にほぼ等しく形成されて内
周縁がワツシヤの溝内にまで延長されており、こ
の緩衝シール環とワツシヤの内周縁を接着して、
固定筒の先端が外側に折曲されており、この固定
筒の折曲部分が緩衝シール環の内周縁を溝内に折
