【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空隙を介して平行に配設された2個のステ
ータヨークの少なく一方の空隙と対向する面にN
極の永久磁石とS極の永久磁石とを可動子の移動
方向に沿つて適宜間隔をおいて配設し、該少なく
とも何れか一方の永久磁石にN,Sの磁極を可動
子の移動方向に沿つて交互に細かなピツチで多極
着磁した磁気エンコーダ磁極部を形成し、上記永
久磁石を配設した一方のステータヨークと他方の
ステータヨークとによつて形成された空隙間に基
板に配設した空心型の電機子コイルを移動自在に
配設し、該基板に電機子コイルの変移量検出用磁
気センサを上記磁気エンコーダ磁極部を検出でき
るような位置に配設し、上記2つの永久磁石位置
において2つのステータヨークを結び且つ上記電
機子コイルの空胴部を通されたセンターヨーク部
を設け、上記2個のステータヨークの両端部に磁
路を閉じるサイドヨーク部を設けてなる、リニア
直流モータ。 (2) 上記センターヨーク部は、電機子コイルの
移動量を規制する部材である、実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項記載のリニア直流モータ。 (3) 上記リニア直流モータは、上記ステータヨ
ークに設けた永久磁石と空隙を介して対向する他
方のステータヨーク面に、上記永久磁石の極性と
反対の極性の永久磁石を設けてなる、実用新案登
