Patients with poor balance, lower extremity dysfunction, and physically disabled people have difficulty even maintaining a standing position at the bedside, and therefore require assistance from a caregiver when standing, especially when moving. In this case, it depended on the skill of the caregiver.
In addition, bedside training for maintaining a standing position and training for standing and bowing tend to be neglected because the assistance of an assistant is required, which causes delays in rehabilitation.

6 is a bearing tube, which is attached to the angle-shaped member 4 of the above-mentioned assembly frame 4.
It is fixed to a. By attaching the assembly frame 4 to the frame 2 of the bed 1, the bearing tube 6 is vertically fixed to the side frame 2a.
A is superimposed on the side frame 2a, and in this state, the angle-shaped member 4a is fixed to the side frame 2a with the U-shaped metal fitting 7 and thumbscrew 8, and the flat member 4c at the tip is attached to the wire mesh 2b of the frame 2 and the plate 9 is attached. and a wing nut 10 to fix it. Next, reference numeral 11 denotes a frame body, which has a structure in which vertical frame portions 11b and 11c are formed downward at both ends of a horizontal frame portion 11a by bending both end portions of a tube member 11' in a right angle direction. One vertical frame portion 11b of this frame body 11 is pivotally supported by the bearing tube 6 in a vertically adjustable and horizontally rotatable manner. In this case, the stopper tube 12 is slidably supported on the vertical frame portion 11b. The stopper tube 12 is fixed at a predetermined position of the vertical frame part 11b with a thumbscrew 13, so that the vertical frame part 11b can be adjusted up and down. Moreover, the other vertical frame portion 11c of the frame body 11
is formed so that it can be expanded and contracted, and the expansion and contraction structure is such that the tube material 1
The leg rod 11c' is slidably inserted into the tube member 1' from the lower end opening, and the leg rod 11c' is fixed at a predetermined position by a thumbscrew 14 provided at the lower end of the tube member 11'. Next, 16 is a positioning fixed plate, and 17 is a positioning movable plate. The fixing plate 16 is formed into a substantially semicircular plate with positioning holes 18 and 19 formed at 90° intervals on the same radius, and is fixed to the outer periphery of the lower end of the bearing tube 6. The movable plate 27 is fixed to the outer circumference of the upper end of the boss pipe 20, and has positioning holes 21 aligned with the positioning holes 18 and 19 of the fixed plate 16.
is formed. Then, the boss tube 20 is fitted into the vertical frame portion 11b, and the boss tube 20 is fixed with the thumbscrew 22 with the movable plate 17 facing the fixed plate 16, and the positioning hole 21 of the movable plate 17 is aligned with the fixed plate 16. Position the frame 11 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bed 1 (in the direction of arrow a) so that it is aligned with one of the positioning holes 18, and
9, the frame body 11 is positioned in the direction along the side of the bed 1 (in the direction of arrow b).

23 is a stop pin that connects the positioning hole 21 of the movable plate 17 to the positioning hole 18 or 19 of the fixed plate 16.
By dropping the fixing pin 23 into the hole, the movable plate 17 is fixed to the fixed plate 26, and the frame 11 is positioned and fixed in a predetermined direction. Further, 24 is a chain to which the stop pin 23 is connected.

Therefore, the training frames A and A configured as described above are assembled in pairs to the side frame 2a of the bed 1 with the required spacing maintained. When performing standing training, the frames 11, 11 of both training frames A,
If they are positioned and fixed in parallel in orthogonal directions, both frames 11, 11 can be used as parallel bars for standing training. If standing training is not to be performed, the frame 11 can be rotated 90 degrees around one vertical frame 11b and positioned in the direction along the side of the bed 1. can be used as a protective fence to prevent falls. The height of the frame 11 is adjusted as appropriate depending on the patient's physique and degree of disability.
