Abstract

PURPOSE:To intend an improvement in the density of a drawn surface without decreasing the strength of a solid drawing utensil, by incorporating a low- molecular weight polyethylene in a specified proportion into a solid drawing utensil. CONSTITUTION:This solid drawing utensil consists of at least a pigment, a forming resin, and a low-molecular weight polyethylene having a melting point of 150 deg.C or lower. The amount of the low molecular weight polyethylene is at least 40wt%, and preferably not more than 70wt%, based on the total weight of a solid drawing utensil.

(Function) It is clear why the solid drawing material of the present invention is able to improve the density of the coating while maintaining the necessary strength. It is well dispersed in the molding resin and strengthens the bond between the molecules of the molding resin. It is something. Furthermore, since there is no polar group, the amount of drawing material peeled off during painting is thought to be large, resulting in an improvement in density.
