Conventionally, in sanitary napkins in which an absorbent material is wrapped and covered with a covering material such as non-woven fabric, a synthetic material is used between the absorbent material and the covering material on the non-menstrual blood absorbing side to prevent menstrual blood from seeping outside. Those with a waterproof material such as resin interposed therein are used. However, these products have a waterproof effect on the outside such as underwear, but on the menstrual blood absorption side (the side that touches the skin)
No waterproof measures have been taken against the
As a result, the surface of the menstrual blood absorbing surface becomes wet and the user feels a wet feeling, which is a disadvantage in that the feeling of use is not good.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the surface material used on the menstrual blood-absorbing side of sanitary napkins must have the ability to quickly guide menstrual blood to the absorbent material and not become sticky even when wet (so-called dry touch). required to have one. However, it is not possible to obtain a material that satisfies the above-mentioned contradictory performance by using only one material. For example, nonwoven fabrics containing a large amount of hydrophobic fibers (such as polypropylene fibers) do not get wet easily and are not sticky, but they have poor liquid absorbency.
If used alone as a surface material for sanitary napkins or disposable diapers, it has the disadvantage of causing leakage.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention made extensive studies in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and as a result, he sequentially laminated water-repellent nonwoven fabric, staple cotton made of heat-fusible fibers, and water-absorbing paper, and the resulting laminated sheet contains multiple sheets. By providing several through-holes, the stickiness caused by menstrual blood and urine on the menstrual blood-absorbing surface of sanitary napkins or the urine-absorbing surface of disposable diapers is reduced, and the liquid is guided through the through-holes to the absorbent body more quickly, resulting in a comfortable feeling when used. They discovered that a sanitary surface material with good quality could be obtained, and completed the present invention.

That is, the sanitary surface material of the present invention is a laminated sheet having a plurality of through holes in which a water-repellent nonwoven fabric, staple cotton made of heat-fusible fibers, and water-absorbing paper are laminated in order, and in the laminated sheet, It is characterized by being made of a water-repellent nonwoven fabric, staple wadding, and water-absorbing paper that are perforated and fused together. In this specification, staple cotton made of heat-fusible fibers includes short fibers of heat-fusible fibers,
The concept also includes products containing up to 60% rayon. Further, the term "perforation fusion" refers to heat fusion of the water-repellent nonwoven fabric, the staple wadding, and the water-absorbing paper on the inner surface of the hole.

The water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2 in the present invention is a nonwoven fabric containing a large amount of hydrophobic fibers, such as a composite fiber NBF (trade name, manufactured by Daiwabo Co., Ltd.; a fiber in which polypropylene and polyethylene are integrated, 1.5d×
51mm (thickness 1.5 denier, length 51mm, same below))
Non-woven fabric containing 60% polyester fiber and 40% polyester fiber (1.5d x 51mm), or non-woven fabric containing fibers treated with water repellent treatment, such as silicone treatment,
A dry method nonwoven fabric made of 50% polypropylene and 50% polyester bonded together with a binder such as polyacrylic acid ester is preferred. Normally, the fibers used for non-woven fabrics have a thickness of 1 to 3 d, but the larger the denier, the harder the non-woven fabric becomes, so in order to achieve softness, a thickness of about 1.5 d is preferable, and the length is 38 mm or 51 mm from the viewpoint of workability. This level is suitable for making dry-type nonwoven fabrics. In the above-mentioned conjugate fibers, the low melting point component (i.e. polyethylene) of the fibers fuses with heat, and the conjugate fibers or the conjugate fibers and other fibers can be thermally fused. It can be a binder-free nonwoven fabric.

The liquid absorbed from the absorbent paper 4 is rapidly absorbed by the absorbent paper 4 and immediately led to the absorbent body. In addition, since the staple cotton 3 and the water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2 are hydrophobic, the absorbed menstrual blood or urine will not ooze out to the menstrual blood or urine absorbing surface, that is, the side that is in contact with the skin, and the side that is in contact with the skin will always be sticky. It maintains a smooth feel.

When the sanitary surface material 1 of the present invention is applied to sanitary napkins or disposable diapers, the size of the opening 6 of the water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2 on the menstrual blood absorption side or the urine absorption side should be in the range of 1 to 5 mm in diameter. If the diameter is smaller than 1 mm, the penetration of menstrual blood or urine will be slow, and the workability of perforations will be difficult.
Moreover, if the diameter is larger than 5 mm, the liquid will seep more into the surface, the appearance will deteriorate, and the commercial value will decrease, which is not preferable. On the other hand, the size of the opening 7 of the water-absorbing paper 4 on the non-menstrual blood absorption side or the non-urinary absorption side is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 3 mm in diameter, and if the diameter is smaller than 0.5 mm, the perforation process is difficult. If the diameter is larger than 3 mm, the liquid will ooze out, which is not preferable. Also, hole 5 and hole 5
It is preferable that the interval is in the range of 2 to 5 mm.

The sanitary napkin 11 has a sanitary surface material 1 on its menstrual blood absorption side, an absorbent body 12 with the surface of the water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2 located at the top layer, and a waterproof material such as a laminate located below the absorbent body 12. The sanitary napkin 11 is placed on the sanitary napkin 11 and the side and non-menstrual blood absorbing side are further covered with a water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2. In the sanitary napkin 11 configured in this way, menstrual blood is absorbed through the openings 6 of the sanitary surface material 1, rapidly absorbed by the absorbent paper 4, and absorbed by the absorbent body 12 located below. be absorbed into. In addition, the menstrual blood absorbed by the absorbent body 12 does not ooze out to the skin side because the staple wadding 3 and the water-repellent nonwoven fabric 2 are hydrophobic, and the sanitary surface material 1 of the present invention itself has the ability to prevent stickiness. Therefore, even if the menstrual blood absorption surface gets wet with menstrual blood, it will not be sticky. Sanitary napkin 1 as described above
1, its side surfaces and non-menstrual blood absorption surface are covered with a water-repellent non-woven fabric 2, which has strong water repellency and prevents menstrual blood from leaking from the side surfaces and non-menstrual blood absorption surface.
Therefore, by applying the sanitary surface material of the present invention to a sanitary napkin, a sanitary napkin that does not leak menstrual blood and is comfortable to use can be obtained. In FIG. 4, the staple wadding 3 and the water-absorbing paper 4 are located only on the menstrual blood absorbing surface, but they may be located on the sides or on the side and the non-menstrual blood absorbing surface.
