[Detailed description of the invention] This invention has a metal-deposited surface on the side that contacts the wound, and a non-woven fabric is adhered to the back side of the fabric on which the metal-deposited surface is formed, and is used to hold adhesives such as bandages. This invention relates to improvements in woven absorbent materials.

This type of nonwoven absorbent material is commercially available, in which a nonwoven fabric made by needle punching is attached to a fabric coated with aluminum vapor. The metal-deposited surface on the side that touches the wound dissipates heat from the affected area well and prevents it from swelling, and when using conventional gauze or absorbent cotton, it sticks to the wound and when replacing the so-called gauze, the wound that is about to heal can be removed. However, it does not stick to the wound and therefore does not hurt the wound.
Non-woven fabrics have the advantage of being able to be removed smoothly without causing any pain, while also being able to absorb secretions from the wound well. However, the short fibers in the surface layer of the nonwoven fabric adhered to the adhesive side of the bandage relatively easily separate from the nonwoven fabric layer, so even if this nonwoven absorbent material is fixed with the bandage, it will eventually start to move and cause the bandage to move. The drawback was that it could not be fixed properly. In addition, rubbing against clothes etc. tends to cause phenomena such as pilling, fuzzing, and shedding of fibers that impair the appearance, and as a result, there is also a problem in that it gives a feeling of uncleanness.

To explain the present invention with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, the nonwoven absorbent body of the present invention is similar to the conventional one in that the nonwoven fabric 2 is bonded to the back side of the metal-deposited fabric 1. . However, the nonwoven fabric 2 is different from that obtained by conventional needle punching, and is not obtained by a conventional method, that is, by stitching, in which the fibers on the surface of the fleece are grabbed by the action of a stitching needle and pulled into the back side. The knitting process creates loops and thus secures the fiber fleece without the use of stitches. The strength of this product increases as the gauge and stitch length decrease. Since one side of the nonwoven fabric obtained by this method has a knit-like appearance, this side is called a knit-like surface. A partially enlarged plan view of the Nitztrike surface is shown in FIG.

When adhering the nonwoven fabric 2 to the back side of the metal-deposited fabric 1, the nitlike surface 2a should be the front side. The reason for this is that the Nitsutrike surface 2a on which the above-mentioned fiber loops appear is far superior to the opposite back surface in that the loops reduce the amount of fibers coming off, and also has excellent pilling resistance.
This is because it is also excellent in terms of appearance. A good material for the metal-deposited fabric is a fabric knitted from a synthetic fiber material such as polyester that can be metal-deposited.As a non-woven material, a single short fiber with adsorption properties such as viscose rayon cotton or natural cotton can be used. Or a mixture is used. To give a specific example, Fabric 1 is a tricot knitted fabric made of polyester filament with aluminum vapor deposition, and viscose rayon cotton with a basis weight of 130 to 150 g/ m2 .
A nonwoven absorbent material according to the present invention is prepared by preparing a nonwoven fabric 2 with a 100% Nitsutrike surface on one side, and using a urethane adhesive to adhere the nonwoven fabric 2 to the fabric 1 with the Nitsutrike surface 2a facing up. is obtained.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, so that when a bandage is applied from above the nonwoven fabric 2, the fibers adhered to the bandage are held tightly and entangled with other fibers so that they do not separate from the surface of the nonwoven fabric 2, which is the base. be able to. As a result, I have never had a case where it would slither around even though it was fixed with a bandage.
A remarkable improvement has been seen in the ability to be firmly fixed over a long period of time, which is extremely superior. In addition, even if it is rubbed by clothes, etc., the Nitsutrike surface 2a has good pilling resistance, and the pilling can be made small and inconspicuous, so it is excellent in that it does not give the same unclean feeling as before. ing.
