及びこの処理水槽の清澄水を前記ろ過器の逆洗用
として利用し、その逆洗水を沈澱分離槽に導く配
管とでなり、原水槽に導かれる加工液を沈澱分離
槽、ろ過器等を介して清澄化して処理水槽に導き
、この処理水槽の清澄水をワイヤカツト放電加工
機に再使用することを特徴とするワイヤカツト放
