Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケース本体に摺動自在に支持された測定子を有
するスピンドルと、このスピンドルの軸線方向の
移動変位を検出する検出器とを備えた変位検出装
置において、 前記検出器を、所定パターンが形成され前記ケ
ース本体に支持された第１検知体とこの第１検知
体と対面させて前記スピンドルに一体的に取り付
けられた第２検知体とを含み形成し、 前記スピンドルにその径方向に突出させた係合
部材と、この係合部材を案内するためのガイド溝
を有しかつ、傾斜調整可能に前記ケース本体に取
り付けられたガイド部材とから形成された前記第
１検知体と第２検知体との平行度を調整するため
の平行調整手段を備えたことを特徴とする変位検
出装置。
