に接触させ、一方非アース側リード線の先端に鰐
口クリツプ等の電極部材より挟持されたリーマを
術者が軸心の廻りに回転させその先端を根管内に
挿入してゆくことによつてなされるが、リーマは
鰐口クリツプに挟持された状態で回転される為回
転操作の過程でクリツプがはずれたり、該クリツ
プの挟持力が強過ぎるとリーマの回転が思うにま
かせなくなると云つた問題点があつた。亦、この
鰐口クリツプとリーマとより成る測定プローブは
口腔内の狭い空域内では相当な容積を占める為、
口腔内でするこのような操作は患者にかなりな苦
痛をを与えることにもなつていた。

本考案の実施例を添付図面に基づき説明する

電極部材1の前端部には上記リーマ2のシヤンク
21を挿入し得る案内溝11を凹設すると共に、
該案内溝11の底部に連なるリーマ旋回用扇溝1
21,121を対角上に対設することによつて案
内溝11に直交するリーマ保持孔12を形成し、
且つ該保持孔12に納嵌されたリーマ2のシヤン
ク21を保持孔12の内周壁に圧接してこれを弾
性保持し得るよう圧縮スプリング3を上記電極部
材1に套嵌して成ることを特徴とする根管長測定
プローブである。図に於て電極部材1は導電性物
質から成る柱状体でその後端部にはスプリング式
の受刃端子13が嵌装され、該受刃端子13には
リード線aに接続されたプラグ端子a1が着脱自在
に弾性嵌合されている。このプラグ端子a1は導電
性のプラグ基部a0に連成されて成り、リード線a
の先端は該プラグ基部a0にハンダ付けbによつて
固着接続されている。亦、電極部材1にはその先
端側より圧縮スプリング3が套嵌され、該圧縮ス
プリング3は後端に於て電極部材1の周体に螺着
固定され一方他端は自由端とされてリーマ2の非
取着時(無負荷時)にはその自由端が電極部材1
の略先端部付近に迄達するように選定される。リ
ーマ2は従来の根管長測定プローブに用いられた
ものと同様であつて、上端には絶縁性摘まみ22
が冠着され、シヤンク21から針先23にかけて
はねじり加工によるねじ部24が形成されて居
り、術者が摘まみ22を持ち且つこれを軸心の廻
りに回転させることによつて針先23を歯牙の根
管内に挿入させてゆくものである。尚、図には示
さないが根管長測定器Aには患者の口腔粘膜に接
触されるべきアース側電極が結線されていること
は当然であり、更に該測定器Aは視覚によつてリ
ーマの挿入深さを確認するべくX線テレビ装置、
CRTデイスプレイ装置等と組すること(本出願
人に係る実願昭57−132225参照)、或いは商用電
源を用いた測定装置(本出願人に係る実願昭57−
132224参照)を採用すること等も可能である。
