骨白塩化ビニールと透明塩化ビニールの中に印画

め、失敗品の再使用が不可能であつたりして、手

印刷版に焼付して、オフセツト校正機あるいは円
圧方式印刷機に装着して印刷を行なう。印刷を行
なうに際して、文字、記号、マーク3が表示され
ている骨白塩化ビニール等の多少厚い基板からな
る所望の大きさに打抜きされたカード上に行なう
ため、写真画像がカード上に適切な位置に、然も
多色刷の場合に適切な見当のもとに印刷が為され
るように、第5図に示すようなカードを差込むた
めの印刷用枠10を用意する。印刷用枠10は、
多面付製版と同様の多区画に区分された凹部11
を有し、例えば30枚の打抜きされたカード4を枠
入れして、印刷機上に印刷用枠10を固定して印

表示されている骨白塩化ビニール2等の多少厚い
基板に表裏から透明な塩化ビニール1を貼り合せ
た構造であつて、保護フイルム6は最上層の透明
塩ビ1にドライラミネートされることになるが、
加熱ラミネートにより保護フイルム6は透明塩化
ビニール1内に食い込む状態となつて、保護フイ
ルム6が最小層に於て、僅かに突出する程度であ
つて、カード4表面が比較的平担になるなど外形

れする場合に特別に彫刻装置、あるいは転写準備
に要する装置及び転写印刷装置等の設備を必要と
せず、一貫して印刷方式で実施出来る長所があ
り、彫刻方式、転写印刷方式のいずれの方法に於
ても、万一写真入れ工程に於てロスカードが発生
した場合、そのカードの再使用は不可能であつた
が、本発明方法はカード面に印刷された画像を揮
発油等で除去して再使用が可能であり、保護フイ
ルムをカード上に形成された印刷画像である印刷
面だけにラミネートすることによつて、簡単に印
刷画像を完全に保護することが出来るものであつ

た合成樹脂製の保護フイルムをドライラミネート

を写真原稿に従つて多面付け製版した印刷版と、
多面付け製版に合致するようにカーードを固定す
る印刷用枠を作成し、該印刷用枠は、カードの大
きさ及び厚さに適合した大きさと深さを有する凹
部を一区画とした他区画構成からなり、前記凹部
にカードを差込み、印刷圧等の印刷時の応力によ
り移動変位することのない固定可能な印刷枠であ
つて、前記印刷版と前記印刷用枠を用いて写真画
像を形成することを特徴とする写真入りカードの
