熱室上部外側に高周波発生装置等の電気部品を有
し、上記加熱室内と連通する排気孔Ａと、電気部
品を冷却するための入気孔と排気孔Ｂを器体の背
面に具備する高周波加熱装置において、器体１の
背面の入気孔２と排気孔Ａ３との間に排気孔Ｂ４
を設けると共に、入気孔２と排気孔Ａ３の開口方
向を相反する方向に指向して設けたことを特徴と
