する蒸留原水として用い、凝縮器で凝縮して得ら
れる蒸留水を蒸留水タンクに貯蔵する蒸留水製造
装置において、冷却水を供給する原水供給タンク
を凝縮器に接続し、凝縮器で使用した冷却水を蒸
留原水としてボイラに供給する管路に、凝縮器か
ら流出された冷却水が所定の温度以上になると一
部を排水して冷却水の流量を調整する感温バルブ
と、感温バルブを介して送水される冷却水の流量
を調節する冷却水量調節弁とを取りつけたことを
