である。 １……放電容器、２，３……電極、４……発光
層。
補正 昭６２．５．３０ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 気密に閉じられた管状放電容器と、互いに最大
４０cmだけ離れている電極とを有し、この放電容
器の内径が２６mm以下で放電容器の内壁面上に発
光層を有し、放電容器内には水銀と希ガス混合物
とを入れた低圧水銀蒸気放電ランプにおいて、希
ガス混合物を元素ネオン、アルゴン、クリプトン
及びキセノンから成る群の少なくとも一つとヘリ
ウムとで構成し、この希ガス混合物の組成を、Ｐ
がヘリウムを表わし、Ｑがネオン及び／又はアル
ゴンを表わし、Ｒがクリプトン及び／又はキセノ
ンを表わすものとして三角組成図ＰＱＲ内で、Ｅ
が８５容量％のＨｅと１５容量％のＫｒ及び／又
はＸｅとから成る混合ガスを表わし、Ｆが７０容
量％のＨｅと３０容量％のＫｒ及び／又はＸｅと
から成る混合ガスを表わし、Ｇ及びＨが夫々Ｆ及
びＥの混合ガスに少量（約５容量％まで）のＡｒ
及び／又はＮｅを入れた混合ガスを表わすものと
して、四辺形ＥＦＧＨ上又は内に位置する点で表
わせるようにとつたことを特徴とする低圧水銀蒸
気放電ランプ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 気密に閉じられた管状放電容器と、互いに最
    大４０cmだけ離れている電極とを有し、この放電
    容器の内径が２６mm以下で放電容器の内壁面上に
    発光層を有し、放電容器内には水銀と希ガス混合
    物とを入れた低圧水銀蒸気放電ランプにおいて、
    希ガス混合物を元素ネオン、アルゴン、クリプト
    ン及びキセノンから成る群の少なくとも一つとヘ
    リウムとで構成し、この希ガス混合物の組成を、
    Ｐがヘリウムを表わし、Ｑがネオン及び／又はア
    ルゴンを表わし、Ｒがクリプトン及び／又はキセ
    ノンを表わすものとして三角組成図ＰＱＲ内で、
    Ａが８０容量％のヘリウムと２０容量％のネオン
    及び／又はアルゴンとから成る混合物を表わし、
    Ｂが９５容量％のヘリウムと５容量％のクリプト
    ン及び／又はキセノンとから成る混合物を表わし
    、Ｃが５０容量％のヘリウムと５０容量％のクリ
    プトン及び／又はキセノンとから成る混合物を表
    わし、Ｄが２５容量％のヘリウムと７５容量％の
    ネオン及び／又はアルゴンとから成る混合物を表
    わすものとして四辺形ＡＢＣＤ上又は内に位置す
    る点で表わせるようにとつたことを特徴とする低
    圧水銀蒸気放電ランプ。 ２ 放電容器に入れる希ガス混合物の組成を添付
    図面中の３成分組成図内で四辺形Ａ′，Ｂ′，Ｃ
    ′，Ｄ′上又は内に位置する点にとつたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の低
    圧水銀蒸気放電ランプ。 ３ 放電容器に入れる希ガス混合物の組成を添付
    図面中の３成分組成図内の四辺形ＥＦＧＨ上又は
    内に位置する点にとつたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の低圧水
    銀蒸気放電ランプ。
