Claims (1)
- 機枠の一側を横貫して研摩盤の中空回転軸を枢
設して、該回転軸を電動機にて適宜駆動するよう
にすると共に、前記機枠の上方に該回転軸と平行
な方向に一本の揺動軸を回動且つ摺動自由に枢支
し、該揺動軸上に前記研摩盤と対向して供試体を
掴持できるようにした供試体保持アームを一体的
に定着して、該揺動軸を揺振させ乍ら供試体を前
記研摩盤に向かつて送出するようにしてなる供試
体の端面研摩装置。
