管に連通せしめ、該ダイアフラムにスロツトルバ
ルブの開度を規制するシヤフトを取り付けると共
に該シヤフトの頭部には上記負圧室を大気に連通
せしめ得るリーク弁を配設し、該リーク弁は冷却
水温に対応して変位し得るバイメタルによつて作
動せしめられ且つそのリーク量は上記リーク弁の
作動中ダイアフラムが静止し得るように調整され
ることにより、上記スロツトルバルブが冷却水温
の温度に対応する開度に設定されるように構成さ
