- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被把持物体に当接する柱状突起を囲むように設
けられた薄肉部の歪を検出して力を求める触覚セ
ンサにおいて、 前記柱状突起を中心点にして対称に設けられた
第１組の歪検出手段と、 この第１組の歪検出手段と直交し、前記柱状突
起を中心点にして対称に設けられた第２組の歪検
出手段と、 前記第１組の歪検出手段の和、第２組の歪検出
手段の和、または第１組及び第２組の歪検出手段
の出力の総和を演算して把持力を求める把持力演
算手段と、 前記第１組又は第２組の歪検出手段の少なくと
も一方について差を演算して接続力を求める接線
力演算手段 とを設けたことを特徴とする触覚センサ。
