In order to avoid direct contact with the cushioning material, it is necessary to appropriately insert inner paper, inner mount paper, etc. between the cushioning material and the product.

A cushioning material consisting of a bendable bottom piece provided on one side, and provided with means on the back side of the horizontal piece and means for fitting each other when the bottom piece is bent and abuts on the back side of the horizontal piece; It consists of a bottom piece and a mount consisting of sides that stand up from the periphery of the bottom.
A notch is made in a part of the bottom of the mount to provide a bendable piece that can be bent downward, and a hole is bored in this bending piece through which a fitting means of the cushioning material, such as a protrusion between a protrusion and a hole, is inserted.
Bring the horizontal piece of the cushioning material into contact with the back of the bottom of the mount, then bend the folded piece of the mount and bring it into contact with the back of the horizontal piece, then bend the bottom of the cushioning material and place the bent piece of the mount horizontally on the cushioning material. It is held between a piece and a bottom piece.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the buffer member according to the example.
This is a diagram showing a cushioning material 1. As is clear from the diagram, this is used exclusively for corners and is made of elastic synthetic resin. A bottom piece 3 of the same shape and size is provided on the horizontal piece 2 having a core-shaped partition wall on the back side of the rectangle so that it can be bent freely via a folded part 4. Holes 5 are drilled in several places. On the other hand, on the back side of the bottom piece 3, when the bottom piece 3 is bent through the folded part 4 and comes into contact with the back side of the horizontal piece 2, a fitting hole with a shape corresponding to the hole 5 is provided at a position corresponding to the hole 5. The same number of protrusions 6 are provided.

On the other hand, as the middle mount in this embodiment, a mount 9 formed in a so-called tray shape with four erect sides is used, and at a corner on the bottom surface 9a of this mount 9, as shown in FIG. A cut 10a is left along the side plate 9b, a cut 10b is perpendicular to the cut 10a, and a cut 10c is made parallel to the cut 10a and perpendicular to the cut 10b, and folding lines 10d and 10e are provided as shown in the figure. A bent part 11 having the same shape and the same size as the side surface 2a of the horizontal piece 2 and a folded piece 12 having the same shape and the same size as the horizontal piece 2 are provided which are connected to this through a folding line 10e.

も緩衝材1を取り付けてゆくのである。 This embodiment has the structure and configuration as described above, and when used, for example, referring to one corner shown in FIG. Place the piece 2 on the outside of the corner of the mount 9 so that it comes into contact with the back surface of the bottom plate 9a of the mount 9, and then bend the bent piece 12 along the bending lines 10d and 10e as described above to place it on the back side of the horizontal piece 2. Bring it into contact. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottom piece 3 is bent in the direction of the arrow in the figure via the bending portion 4, and brought into contact with the bending piece 12. That is, the folded piece 12 is placed on top of the bent piece 12 from the side 90 degrees off from the top, so that the bent piece 12 is sandwiched between the horizontal piece 2 and the bottom piece 3, and the protrusion 6 of the bottom piece 3 passes through the hole 12a of the bent piece 12 to the back side of the horizontal piece 2. It fits into the hole 5 drilled in the hole 5. The completion status is shown in Part 5.
As shown in the figure. Then, the cushioning material 1 is attached to the other corners of the mount 9 in the same manner.

表面に傷がつくことはない。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the examples, the cushioning member according to the invention can easily and reliably integrate the mount serving as the middle mount and the cushioning material, and no fixing agent such as adhesive is required. Therefore, the cushioning material, inner paper, inner mount, etc. can be quickly and easily set in the cardboard box serving as the outer box, improving work efficiency. Of course, the product does not come into direct contact with the cushioning material, so the surface will not be damaged.
