数の規制面５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃ，５ｄをもつた規制
体５を内装し、この規制体５を、前記一方の部材
の側壁間に回転可能に支持する操作軸６に取付け
ると共に、前記一方の部材の一側壁と前記規制体
５との間に、前記操作軸６の回転に抵抗を与える
弾性体７を設けたことを特徴とする自転車用制動
