結部材とを固設するとともに、前記支持部材のこ
れらの締結部材に形成された孔部に整合する位置
にそれぞれ位置決め用孔部または取り付け用孔部
を形成し、それぞれの孔部に、位置決めピンまた
は取付ねじを挿入して下部シリンダを支持部材に
位置決め固定したことを特徴とするシリンダ装置
の取付構造。 (2) 位置決めピンは支持部材に形成された位置
決め用孔部に圧入固定され、締結部材は取付ねじ
を介して位置決めピンに固定されたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシリン
ダ装置の取付構造。 (3) 位置決めピンは支持部材に形成された位置
決め用孔部に圧入固定され、締結部材は位置決め
ピンに取り付けられた取付ねじに遊嵌され、かつ
取付ねじに設けられたスプリングにより支持部材
に当接する方向に付勢されたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシリンダ装置
