メント電極の互いに近接した端子間にそれぞれ抵
抗を順次接続するとともに、上記セグメント電極
の両端のセグメント電極を抵抗を介して上記コモ
ン電極に接続し、上記コモン電極と上記各セグメ
ント電極の少なくとも１つとの間にしきい値電圧
以上の電圧が発生するように構成することを特徴
