A heating unit 8 that includes a vertical heater 11 and a reflection plate 12 is sandwiched between the upper and lower sides, and an electrical component unit 6 is provided in the upper part of the case body 1, and an air introduction part 10 that communicates with the suction port 19 is provided in the lower part.
