貫く中心孔に回動自在に設けられた偏心シヤフト
と、この偏心シヤフトの両端部に上記シヤフト担
体の平面部との間に一定の距離を保つように装着
された一対の軸受と、上記偏心シヤフトの軸方向
略中心に穿たれた貫通孔と篏合するように上記シ
ヤフト担体の上部に遊嵌され、該シヤフト担体内
にて回動する上記偏心シヤフトの位置決めを行な
う固定ピンと、上記シヤフト担体の前面に一体に
設けられた把持手段とを備えることを特徴とする
