DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a decorative coating method for painted objects having decorative irregularities on the surface, such as wall decorative boards. In recent years, decorative boards such as calcium silicate, slate, and hard wood cement boards have been applied to exterior walls of buildings for exterior finishing. However, if the uneven surface was painted with a homogeneous entire surface, most of the meaning of the uneven surface would be lost.

The present invention deals with the above-mentioned situation, and aims to provide a coating method that can perform beautiful and tasteful coating that takes advantage of the decorative uneven surface, and is also suitable for mass processing through automation. This is what I did. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is an exterior wall decoration board with an uneven surface that reflects the feel of stone masonry; 2 is a rugged depression in the stone surface; and 3 is a step that expresses the misalignment caused by the rough stacking method.
It has complicated unevenness. Reference numeral 4 denotes a roll-type coating machine, and the coating rolls 41 and 42 are solvent resistant, and have elasticity to evenly contact the uneven surface for uniform coating and toughness to withstand contact with the uneven surface. Reference numeral 43 indicates a supply port for paint A, and 44 indicates a feed roller, by which the decorative plate 1, which is an example of an object to be coated, passes in the direction of the arrow, thereby uniformly coating the entire surface on the uneven surface. Of course, coating with paint A may be done by other methods without using the roll coater 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes a curtain flow coater, in which B paint flows down from a head 51 while forming a curtain-like paint film flow 6 over the width of the decorative board 1, and is circulated from a receiving tank 52 to the head 51. When the decorative board 1 that has been primarily coated with paint A is moved in the direction of the arrow by the conveyors 53 and 24, a paint film flow 6 is applied to the decorative board 1 and laid on the surface of paint A. Since there are 2 and 3 steps, B
The interaction between the viscosity of the paint and the air causes a tear angle phenomenon in which the paint film ruptures, trapping air in the concave areas and creating a torn area where the B paint is not coated, exposing the A paint only in that area, resulting in a natural phenomenon. The joints in the stone wall can give the appearance of being exposed to the elements. still,
The conveyor speed of the decorative board 1 through which the film flow of paint B passes is set to such a speed that the paint film is torn at the uneven portions. The appearance of this torn part can be determined by adjusting the viscosity and color of paints A and B, the unevenness of the painted object, how to set the conveyor speed of the flow coater, and the direction in which the paint film passes, taking into account the condition of the uneven surface. It changes slightly depending on how it is taken, and can produce a texture comparable to that of hand-painted paint. Furthermore, if the B paint is applied before the A paint dries, a mixture of the A paint and the B paint will be oozed out mainly from the ruptured area, making it possible to perform a more interesting decorative painting. Since the present invention is configured as described above,
A special sponge roll flow coater can be used to automatically mass coat objects with uneven surfaces, and the curtain flow coater, which has traditionally been used exclusively for uniform coating on flat surfaces, can be used to coat objects with uneven surfaces. By adjusting the viscosity of the paint and adjusting the thickness of the falling coating film, the cracked area due to the cracking angle phenomenon is revealed, giving nuance and allowing the texture and interest of hand-made paint to be expressed even through automatic mass painting. It is a wide invention.

[Scope of Claims] 1. After coating the uneven surface of a board material such as a calcium silicate board, a slate board, a hard wood chip cement board, etc., which has been molded with decorative irregularities, with paint A, then paint B. By moving and passing through the paint film flowing down the width of the board at a speed that causes the paint film to tear at the uneven step part, a cracking angle phenomenon is caused in the paint film, which causes the B paint to A decorative coating method for uneven surfaces characterized by performing secondary coating to form a ruptured pattern on the uneven surface. 2. In the decorative coating method for an uneven surface according to claim 1, the secondary coating with paint B is performed before the coating with paint A dries.
