Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the high speed conveyance of a thin plate in a film form without any snaking motion by providing driven rollers holding a thin plate with pressure opposite to driving rollers arranged in the feeding direction at intervals, whereby synchronizing feeding speeds of both of the driving rollers. CONSTITUTION:Each feeding device 11 which feeds a raw material W intermittently to a press, includes two sets of both a pair of driving rollers 12 and 13 and a pair of driven rollers 14 and 15. Accordingly, if the feeding direction of the raw material W is bent because of deviation in thickness while it passes through front rollers, as the raw material W is held by rear rollers, tension force in the traverse direction is produced in the raw material W. Said tension force acts on the raw material W to correct bending produced, whereby a thin plate W is feeded stably without any snaking motion. The same thing can be said when the material is bent at the front rollers 13 and 15. As a result, the raw material W is fed stably because of a complemental action between the front and rear rollers.

Furthermore, in the case shown in FIG. 4, a drive roll 5 and a driven roll 6 are arranged as an upper and lower pair, and a thin plate W is sandwiched between these rolls 5 and 6 to rotate the drive roll 5. This is a device that feeds the ascending thin plate W. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, since the front sound device uses a cylinder to perform reciprocating motion, it cannot handle high-speed, high-cycle feet, and the top dead center and bottom dead center of the cylinder are changes rapidly, and the fill-shaped thin plate becomes wavy. Also, in the latter device, since there is only one drive roll, the thin plate has a meandering angle of 4 degrees.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides two drive rolls arranged side by side and spaced apart from each other in the conveying direction. It is characterized in that a driven roll that clamps the thin plate is disposed between the drive roll and the drive roll, and the conveyance speed of the thin plate by both drive rolls is synchronized.

[Operation] Suppose that due to a deviation in the thickness of the thin plate, the foot direction of the thin plate is bent when it passes through the rolls in the previous stage. In this case, since the rear side of the thin plate is pinched, a tension that changes in the width direction is generated in the thin plate. This tension acts to correct the bending of the thin plate, and the thin plate is stably fed without meandering. The same applies if bending occurs in the subsequent roll. In other words, the two pairs of rolls at the front and rear stages complement each other to stably feed the thin plate.

Well, the floppy disk'! An overview of the entire A building line will be explained based on Fig. 2. In the figure, IO is a press device that punches out a floppy disk P from a polyester film material ~V. Thin plate feeding devices 11 and 11 are provided before and after this press device IO, respectively.
The material ~V can be fed intermittently in the direction of the arrow X in accordance with the operation timing of the press device 10 that performs punching at regular intervals.

As the concept of each thin plate feeding device 11 is shown in FIG. 1, two drive rolls 12 and +3 are arranged side by side and spaced apart in the conveying direction of the material W (arrow X direction in the figure). A driven roll 14.15 is disposed above each drive roll 12.13 to face them and clamp the material W between the drive roll 12.13 and the material W by both drive rolls I2.13. The conveyance speeds are configured to be synchronized, and the material W can be forcibly fed.

While feeding the blank ttw with the thin plate feeding device 11 having such a configuration, the press device 10 repeats the punching process, and the punched floppy disk F
As shown in FIG. 2, the film is separated from the remaining film Wa by a separating device 18 installed immediately after the press device 10, and then rides on a conveyor 19 below it and is conveyed by this conveyor 19. The punching dregs from the center hole are separated as the punching process continues. Then, the floppy disks F are conveyed to the pin container 20 stacking device 21, and are sequentially stacked on the bin container 20 in predetermined numbers so that the pins of the pin container 20 enter the center holes, and then 20 is carried out by a carrying out device 22.

The intermittent transport of the workpiece W to the press device IO is carried out by a feed device 11.11. In this case, each feeding device 11 has a drive roll l 2 (13
) and two pairs of driven rolls 14 (15). Therefore, due to the thickness deviation of the material W, when the roll passes through the 01 stage, the feeding direction of the element +4W is bent, and since the rear side of the wire ÷ OW is pinched, the element Hw changes in the width direction. There will be tension. This tension acts to correct the bending of the thin plate W, and the thin plate W is stably fed without meandering.

The same applies if bending occurs in the subsequent rolls 13 and 15. In this way, the element +tw is stably sent due to the complementary action of the rolls in the previous and subsequent stages.

In addition, the two thin plate feeding devices 11 and 11 placed behind the surface of the press device IO are moved, so the material W passes through the press device IO while being guided accurately.
During its passage, the element Hw does not meander). Further, since the feed devices 11 and 11 synchronously send the material W to the press device 10 in synchronization with the timing, the material W does not become wavy even though it is intermittently conveyed. Accurate machining is possible only after stable conveyance.

In addition, a thin plate feeding device! 1 upper driven roll I4.15
As a method of pressing the lower drive rolls 12 and I3, as shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. 1, there is a method of suppressing by flicking 30 from above, or a method of pressing the driven roll from below as shown in FIG. Either of the methods of pulling and pressing against the drive roll may be used.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, two pairs of driving rolls and driven rolls for conveying a thin plate under pressure are arranged side by side with an interval in the conveying direction, and Since the transport speeds are synchronized, the thin plate can be stably transported without meandering. Also, since it is conveyed by rolls, high-speed feeding is possible.
