(Prior art) Conventionally, this type of damping structure for car body panels involves attaching a damping material sheet to the car body panel in close contact to increase the rigidity of the panel surface. It was designed to dampen the membrane vibrations that occur. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a rear floor panel 100 as a vehicle body panel will be described. A damping material sheet is attached to the rear floor panel 100. Attachment of the damping material sheet has been carried out by a method of thermal welding using a weldable damping material, or by a method of using the adhesive force of the material itself using a pressure-sensitive damping material. Incidentally, such a vibration damping structure for a vehicle body panel is described, for example, in "Automotive Engineering Zensho", Vol. 13, "Passenger Car Body", page 83, published by Sankaido Co., Ltd.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case of such a conventional example, there is no problem when using a welded damping material sheet and welding it to the upper surface of the rear floor as described above, When welding to vertical door panels, roof panels, etc., it was not possible to attach the damping material sheet to the panel surface before heat welding. Therefore, a pressure-sensitive damping material sheet is used, but the pressure-sensitive damping material sheet is expensive and leads to a cost increase. Conventionally, a heat-weldable damping material sheet is brought into contact with the mounting surface of the vehicle body, a magnetic sheet is layered, and the magnetic force of the magnetic sheet is used to press the vibration damping material sheet to the vehicle body panel, which is then heated and welded. A device has been proposed that allows the

Therefore, it is conceivable to make the damping material sheet itself a magnetic material to save the effort of removing the magnetic material sheet, but magnetic dust such as iron powder will adhere to the damping material sheet.

In other words, FIG. 5 shows the state of the magnetic circuit when a magnetic damping material sheet 101 is attached to the vehicle body panel 100.As is clear from FIG. Since it is formed along the magnetic circuit and is closed to the magnetic circuit, dirt does not adhere to the vehicle body panel 100. On the other hand, the magnetic circuit on the opposite side of the damping material sheet 101 is open, and the magnetic field 102 reaches a long distance and attracts dust. Therefore, when the damping material sheet 101 is installed inside the vehicle, A problem arises in that dirt is attracted to interior trim such as carpets, and dirt increases as the toilet is used for a long period of time. Further, when the damping material sheet 101 is installed outside the vehicle interior, it may attract foreign objects such as pieces of iron, and there is also a risk that the foreign objects may fall during driving and cause a bank.

(Example) The present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated example. In FIG. 1 showing a vibration damping structure for a vehicle body panel according to an embodiment of the present invention, reference numeral 1 designates a vehicle body panel such as a floor panel, which is formed into an uneven shape. 2 are strung together by a plurality of damping material sheets formed into a belt shape, and are respectively attached to the upper surface of the convex portion 11 of the vehicle body panel 1. The damping material sheet 2 is formed of, for example, rubber mixed with magnetic metal powder and magnetized, and its width is approximately equal to the width of the convex portion 11, and its length is approximately equal to the width of the vehicle body panel 1. It extends over the entire length.

The damping material sheet 2 may be attached to the vehicle body panel l by adhesion using only the magnetic force of the damping material sheet 2, or may be used in combination with an adhesive, or by heat welding after adhesion by magnetic force. Alternatively, it may be completely fixed to the vehicle body panel 1.

On the other hand, the anti-containment surface 2 of the damping material sheet 2 is
A shielding plate 3 made of a magnetic material is attached to a to close the magnetic circuit. The shielding plate 3 is approximately the same as the damping material sheet 2.
It is formed into a shape and completely covers the anti-sampling surface of the damping material sheet 2.

Furthermore, since the damping material sheet 2 is attracted to the vehicle body panel 1 by magnetic force, the damping material sheet 2 can be easily attached to vertical parts such as door panels, the bottom surface of roof panels, etc. .

On the other hand, in order to damp the vibration of the vehicle body panel 1, when the damping material sheet 2 is attached only by magnetic force, the adhesion surface of the vibration damping material sheet 2 to the vehicle body panel l becomes relatively unstable as the vehicle body panel l vibrates. The vibrations of the vehicle body panel 1 are attenuated by the frictional force caused by the displacement. Furthermore, when the damping material sheet 2 is attached by adhesion or heat welding, the vibration is damped by the damping function of the damping material sheet 2 itself.

Furthermore, since the magnetic field of the damping material sheet 2 is shielded by the shielding plate 3, it is possible to prevent disturbances caused by the magnetic field from occurring in the clock, cathode ray tube display, television, etc. in the vehicle interior.

Next, FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention,
Components that are the same as those in the above embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, the shield 4 is configured in common for each damping material sheet 2. Such a configuration has the advantage of improving installation workability.

Further, the recess 12 of the vehicle body panel l is closed by the shielding plate 4 to form a vacant chamber 13.
A hole 5 is drilled through the hole 5 to communicate with the outside. By providing such a hole 5, the empty chamber 13 can function as a Helmholtz resonator. Therefore, by providing the hole 5 toward the outside of the vehicle, it is possible to reduce noise outside the vehicle.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the above-described structure and operation, and since the damping material sheet is made of a magnetic material, it can be easily attached to vertical door panels of the vehicle body panels, roof panels on the ceiling, etc. This eliminates restrictions on the mounting location and improves work efficiency. Furthermore, since the damping material sheet is provided with a shielding plate, the magnetic field is confined in the shielding plate, thereby reducing the adhesion of dust.
