Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 温度変化によつて可逆変形を起す形状記憶合
金素子によつてピストンが駆動されるアクチユエ
ータにおいて、上記形状記憶合金素子を加熱冷却
するペルチエ素子を、形状記憶合金素子に密接さ
せていることを特徴とするアクチユエータ。 ２ 上記形状記億合金素子がピストンの底面とシ
リンダー内底面との間に設けられ、上記ペルチエ
素子の一端がピストンの底面に電気的接続状態を
確保するように接触しているとともに、ペルチエ
素子の他端がシリンダーの内底面に設けられた端
子に電気的接続状態を確保するように固定されて
いるものである上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載のアクチユエータ。
