る中空円柱状の金属性ケーシングと、この金属性
ケーシングの外周を覆う耐火物製保護層と、前記
金属性ケーシング内に設けられる誘導コイルおよ
び誘導鉄心とを具備した浸漬型電磁ポンプにおい
て、前記保護管と溶湯との間、および前記金属性
ケーシングと溶湯との間に電流を供給する電流供
給手段と、この電流供給手段の出力電流値を検出
し、これにより、湯洩れを検知する湯洩れ検知手
段とを具備することを特徴とする浸漬型電磁ポン
プ。 (2) 前記電流供給手段による前記保護管と溶湯
との間の電流供給路と、前記金属製ケーシングと
溶湯との間の電流供給路とを各々別系統となるよ
うに構成し、これにより、湯洩れ発生箇所を区別
して検出するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新
