縁開口部９内で上下摺動できるように形成し、ま
た、前記切欠き１８の中途より前記係止片１０が
嵌入できる横方向の切欠き１９を設けて筒状体７
と噴霧ヘツド１６が相互に回動できるように形成
するとともに、切欠き１９の上縁に係止片当接部
２０を形成し、さらに、噴霧ヘツド１６の側部に
開口させたノズル２３を噴出ヘツド１６の中央部
に垂下して設けた噴霧管嵌着用孔２４に連通させ
