  1. 回転翼を有する撹拌槽において、撹拌槽底部の
    撹拌中心部より外れた位置に抜液管を設け、かつ
    該抜液管の開口部が槽内において撹拌中心に対し
    て槽内壁方向、つまり撹拌流に直角方向に向けて
    設けられたことを特徴とする撹拌槽。
