A lid body having a plug blade insertion hole and a light transmitting part, a storage chamber for a pair of blade receiving springs, and a storage chamber for a current transformer with a light emitting element connected to the secondary side, which is combined with the lid body to form a container. A container body in which the storage chamber of one blade holder spring is connected to this storage chamber by a notch, and a blade holder spring in which a contact portion is integrally provided in the terminal portion. It is characterized by comprising a terminal portion provided with an arm piece and a blade receiving spring combining a plurality of single contact portions each provided with a clasp piece, and the primary side of the current transformer is connected to the arm piece and is clamped to the clasp piece.
