Claims (1)
- 非磁性体からなるシリンダチユーブの端部の内
側に、永久磁石片又は磁性体片を配備し、且つ非
磁性体からなるピストン又はこれに隣接するピス
トンロツド部分に永久磁石片又は磁性体片を配備
するかあるいはピストンを永久磁石又は磁性体で
構成して、前記ピストンをそのストローク端位置
においてピストン側とシリンダチユーブ側との間
で作用する磁気吸引力により保持するようにした
ことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダにおけるストロ
ーク端位置保持装置。
