から夫々導設され、溶湯の早く到達する排気路に
、射出時における溶湯の慣性力によつて閉じ動作
する検知系バルブ1を配置し、一方、溶湯の遅れ
て到達する排気路に排気系バルブ15を配置し、
上記検知系バルブが閉じ動作されることでエアー
源から供給されるエアーによつて上記排気系バル
ブが閉じ動作されるよう上記両バルブを連通して
なる射出成形機におけるガス抜き装置の弁機構に
おいて、検知バルブ本体2の弁孔3に軸方向へ摺
動自在にして、かつ、鋼球5aをバネ力にて付勢
させてなるストツパー6,6により開弁位置に保
持可能に挿通した検知バルブ4に切換弁7を固着
一体化し、該切換弁を上記検知バルブ本体の弁座
3bに気密に着座可能にして、かつ、該検知バル
ブ本体と固定された弁ホルダー10の弁孔11に
気密に摺動可能に嵌合し、該切換弁の周囲と、検
知バルブの周囲に、検知バルブの閉じ動作、又は
開き動作により相互に連通、又は遮断可能にエア
ー源に接続されるエアー室○アと、排気系バルブ
のエアー室○ウに接続されるエアー室○イを設け
てなることを特徴とする射出成形機におけるガス
