閉弁に於いて、該過流出防止弁の筒体４の下流端に第１
弁座と適宜間隔で第２弁座９を形成して該第２弁座を下
流側に向って拡大するテーパー状となし、該第２弁座の
下流側に形成した弁室１０内で摺動自在に保持され且バ
ネ１４による常閉力を付与した弁体１１を前記第２弁座
に密接し得るように成し、該弁体を本体１の外部から摺
動操作できるようにし、加えて、弁体１１の全閉位置で
はその先端が第１弁座７に嵌入状態にある球弁５を押し
込み得る位置にあるようにした過流出防止弁材のガス開
