ルチ式空気調和装置において、前記四路切換弁２
の切換操作による逆サイクル運転により前記室外
熱交換器３の着霜を除去せしめる除霜運転を開始
および終了させるべく作用する除霜運転制御手段
と、前記室内機Ａ，Ｂ……のいずれかが運転停止
状態にある暖房運転時における除霜運転終了後に
高圧Ｐが設定圧力Ｐ０まで上昇したかどうかを判
定する判定手段と、前記除霜運転終了時から前記
判定手段によつてＰ≧Ｐ０と判定される時点まで
の間運転停止状態にある室内機の液ライン電磁弁
１１を開成させるべく作用する液ライン電磁弁開
閉手段とを備えた制御装置１８を付設したことを
