Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は温風暖房機、特に開放型温風暖房機
に関するものである。 従来のこの種の温風暖房機にあつては、そのコ
ンパクト化に伴なつて本体高さを確保し難くな
り、これにより従来、自然ドラフトで済ませてい
た2次空気の導入が、温風送風機による2次空気
の圧送にかわり、このために燃焼箱内が正圧とな
つて器内への熱気洩れを生じ、本体が過熱状態と
なるなどの各種の不都合をきたすものであつた。 この考案は従来のこのような欠点に鑑み、簡単
な構造によつて確実に熱気洩れを防止し、併せて
組み立て作業性を良好にし得るようにしたもので
ある。 以下、この考案に係わる温風暖房機の一実施例
につき、添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。 図面はこの実施例の概要構成を示している。こ
の図面において、符号はケース本体、2はこの
本体の前面上部に形成された温風吹出し口、3
は同裏面上部に配置された温風送風機、4は同本
体1の前面パネル、5は同本体を保持する置台
である。 また6は前記ケース本体内に固定した燃焼箱
で、その底部中央には嵌合穴7を形成してある。
8はこの嵌合穴7の外周上部に固定された燃焼
筒、8aはこの燃焼筒8の下端周囲に形成され
て、前記温風送風機3からの圧送空気の一部を筒
内に導入する2次空気入口である。 さらには気化室10とバーナヘツド11とか
らなるバーナ部、12はこのバーナ部の外周囲
を包囲すると共に、上端開口部に全周に亘る水平
方向の鍔部12a、およびこの鍔部外周縁を上方
に折り曲げた立上り壁部12bをそれぞれに有す
る保温筒、13は前記バーナヘツド11の外周囲
を包囲するようにして前記嵌合穴7の上方から嵌
合され、下端鍔部13aを前記保温筒12の鍔部
12a上に固定した遮熱筒、14はこの遮熱筒1
3の下端鍔部13aとその外周下端部、ならびに
嵌合穴7の周辺下面と立上り壁部12b間に介在
取り付けした弾力性のあるガラスウールなどのシ
ール材、15は前記バーナ部、保温筒12の下

するだけの極めて簡単な操作により全体を組み立
てることができ、この組み立て操作には特に複雑
な取り付けとか、あるいはねじなどを一切必要と
せず、このために組み立て作業性がよく、しかも
この組み立て操作に伴ない、同時にシール材によ
るシール作用も果されることから、器内への熱気
洩れなども完全に阻止できるほか、全体構造もま
た簡単で、容易かつ安価に実施し得るなどの特長
を有するものである。
