ポンプ起動制御に必要な各種データが予め記憶さ
れる記憶手段と、該複数のポンプのうち起動順序
第１番目のポンプの稼動時間を監視する監視手段
と、該起動順序第１番目のポンプの稼動時間の合
計が設定時間より小なる期間は該基本となるポン
プ起動順序に基づいて該複数のポンプの起動順序
を制御し、該起動順序第１番目のポンプの稼動時
間の合計が該設定時間に到達したときに該複数の
ポンプのうち該起動順序第１番目のポンプ以外の
ポンプのうちのいずれか一のポンプを新たな起動
順序第１番目のポンプとし、かつ、各ポンプの稼
動率が平均化されるようにポンプ起動順序を自動
的に変更して該複数のポンプの起動順序を制御す
るポンプ起動順序制御手段とよりなる給液装置の
ポンプ起動制御装置。 (2) 該記憶手段は、該複数のポンプのうち故障
等により起動させないこととした非起動ポンプを
指定するデータが予め記憶され、該ポンプ起動順
序制御手段は、該複数のポンプのうち該非起動ポ
ンプを除いた残りのポンプで自動的に起動順序の
制御及び起動順序の変更を行なうよう構成してな
