極リードを植立状に導出し焼結した陽極体に、順
次、酸化皮膜層、半導体層および陰極導電体層を
形成した素子を金属ケースに低融点金属を介して
収容した固体電解コンデンサにおいて、前記金属
ケース内に凝固する低融点金属と陰極導電体層と
の接続が接触構造であることを特徴とする金属ケ
ース入り固体電解コンデンサ。 (2) 前記陰極導電体層が、熱硬化性樹脂のバイ
ンダーと銀粉末とを主成分として構成されている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
