径を大としたストツパー部が順次形成されており
、上記ストツパー部の棒状部側に位置する部分に
はストツパー部より径を小とし棒状部より径を大
とした段差部が形成され、また上記棒状部には断
面円形状でその外周面において軸方向にかけ環状
凸部と環状凹部とが交互に連設されたゴム栓が嵌
挿され、上記段差部の外径が上記ゴム栓の環状凸
部の径より小となる関係になつていることを特徴
