除させるプランジヤと、前記引き外しコイルの断
電状態において前記プランジヤを定位置に付勢し
てそのプランジヤ及び前記ラツチ位置にある状態
のラツチレバー間に所定のギヤツプが存するよう
に保持する付勢手段とを具備したことを特徴とす
