この考案は、歯車軸等のケースのオイルシール

によつて、潤滑オイルの洩れを防ぐように密閉す
る。その場合、ケースの軸孔の一側に一体的に内
鍔を設けておき、軸孔に打込んだオイルシールを
内鍔に突出して位置決めにしている。ところが、
オイルシールは、リツプ条が摩耗すると交換する
必要があり、オイルシールを抜取る場合には、内
鍔側からオイルシールに鋭利な金具を当てて、ハ
ンマー等によつて打出さなければならない。しか
し、内鍔があるため、金具がオイルシールにかか
る部分の面積が少く、打出したとき外れて、内鍔
や軸孔部分に傷をつけることがあり、作業も困難
