ラツク上にて駆動する駆動系１と、該駆動系１の
動作を制御するサーボ回路７を具えた制御系３と
、前記ヘツドを介して記録媒体に映像信号を記録
し或は記録媒体から映像信号を再生する映像回路
系２と、記録すべき映像信号（記録信号Ｙ）と再
生された映像信号（再生信号Ｙ′）とが切替え可
能に接続された表示装置４とから構成される記録
再生装置に於いて、前記制御系３は、記録信号Ｙ
から同期信号Ａを分離して出力する同期分離回路
８を具えると共に、該同期分離回路８と前記サー
ボ回路７との間に、同期信号Ａがトリガー信号と
して接続された基準信号作成回路６を介装し、該
基準信号作成回路６は、同期信号Ａに対して零或
は一定の位相差を有し且つ記録信号Ｙの１フイー
ルド期間と同一周期の基準信号ＶＤを作成し、サ
ーボ回路７は該基準信号ＶＤを基準として駆動系
１への制御信号を作成することを特徴とする映像
