  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 セラミツクス製のステム１０とその上にかぶせ
    たフレームアレスター１２とによつて形成する閉
    じた空間１３内に、高温で使用するセンサ素子１
    ４を収容し、センサ素子１４の電気素子と電気的
    に接続する金属製のポスト１６を、ステム１０を
    貫通させて下方に引出すようにした防爆構造のガ
    スセンサにおいて、 ステム１０の下方においてポスト１６に屈曲部
    １８を形成し、かつ屈曲部１８から上のポスト１
    ６の周りを封止材３２により固め、ポスト１６の
    屈曲部１８から下の部分をまた真直に下方に延長
    して、封止材３２の下面から下向きに突出させた
    ことを特徴とする、防爆構造のガスセンサ。
