背面板の周縁において接着固定し、前記基板ガラ
スと背面板との間に形成される空隙に絶縁性保護
用流体を封入して成る表示パネルの封止構造にお
いて、前記背面板の周縁に溝を設け、該溝より保
護用流体を注入した後該溝に樹脂を充填し硬化さ
せて封口することを特徴とする表示パネルの封止
