対向面に夫々アンダーコート膜、透明電極及び有
機配向膜が順次形成され、周縁部をシール用接着
剤で接着すると共に内部に液晶を封入した液晶表
示装置において、前記一方のガラス板に形成され
る透明電極と有機配向膜との間に無機透明絶縁膜
