て、タービンホイールに排気ガスを導くスクロー
ル部の容量を可変とする容量可変機構と、この容
量可変機構を駆動するダイヤフラム装置とを設け
、このダイヤフラム装置の作動圧としてコンプレ
ツサの過給圧を導入するとともに、このダイヤフ
ラム装置に導入される過給圧を希釈する圧力調整
弁を設け、この圧力調整弁を駆動するダイヤフラ
ム装置の作動圧としてコンプレツサの入口負圧を
導入するようにしたことを特徴とするターボチヤ
