給圧を制御する装置であつて、前記ウエストゲー
トバルブを開閉制御するためのアクチユエータが
、ハウジング内を前記コンプレツサの下流に連通
される第1圧力室と大気開放される第2圧力室と
に隔成するためのダイアフラムと、前記ダイアフ
ラムに一端が結合されて他端が前記第2圧力室か
ら外側に延出して前記ウエストゲートバルブに枢
着されるアクチユエーテイングロツドと、前記ア
クチユエーテイングロツドの回りであつて前記ダ
イアフラムと前記第2圧力室底部との間にスプリ
ングシートを介して配設された圧縮コイルばねと
、前記スプリングシートを軸方向に移動させる手
